All items for repairs must be authorized by OTS prior to return. No shipments will be accepted without prior approval and a return merchandise authorization (RMA number given by OTS). To create an RMA number online, please fill out our RMA form here : https://oceantechnologysystems.com/service/return-authorization-form/ The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Returns must be sent freight prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. If merchandise is returned to OTS because it cannot be delivered due to Dealer error, Dealer agrees to pay all re-shipping charges in addition to the original shipping charges. All returned items are subject to inspection by OTS and must contain all original packaging, material, and contents. If return includes an exchange, replacement items will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the original items returning to OTS – no cross shipping permitted.
OTS will use its best efforts to ship orders promptly. OTS shall not be liable for delays or failure to ship products regardless of the reason. Servicing returns and consignment returns are at Dealer’s shipping expense.
• Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped FOB Santa Ana, California via UPX Freight, unless otherwise noted by Dealer. Two day, three day, overnight, or any other specialty shipping must be noted by Dealer and at Dealer’s expense.
• Handling Fees/Drop Shipping: Shipments carried by Dealer’s own freight will be charged an OTS handling fee figured by standard rates. Any order requiring a drop ship will be charged $25.00 drop ship processing and handling fee.
• Duties, Taxes, Fees: OTS is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or any other fees and this document serves to trump any other document.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by OTS at 3133 West Harvard St., Santa Ana, CA 92704, USA. Orders will be accepted only on the terms set forth in the Terms & Conditions and at the prices then in effect. All sales are deemed made in Orange County, California. OTS may refuse to accept any order for any reason that OTS determines in good faith to be detrimental to its best interest.
Minimum Order
A $25.00 service charge will be applied to any order less than $100.00

Discrepancies
Unless OTS is notified in writing 30 days from the date of shipment of any shortages, overages, irregularities, or dissatisfaction with terms, discounts, prices, or conditions of sale, Dealer has accepted the order as shipped and invoiced. Claims for damages and shortages resulting from common carrier transit must be filed with the carrier upon receipt of merchandise. OTS is not held responsible for damages resulting from shipping delay, shipping errors, or non-delivery.
