The Repair Process
Please fill out the form below and you will receive an RMA number.
Write this number on the outside of your shipping container.
It is also a good idea to include a copy of the email confirmation you will receive with the package (however it is not required). Our Service Department will be in touch with you once your item has been received and evaluated.
Please be advised that there is a $35 – $125 evaluation fee depending on the product. The fee applies to each product unless it is an accessory which accompanies and belongs to a unit. (i.e. Hand-held mic or transducer assembly). The fee will be absorbed into the repair charge if recommended repairs are approved. This fee will not apply if the repair work qualifies as warranty, as indicated in the guidelines of the warranty policy
