Peter Greenwell

Business Development Manager Worldwide Peter started his career with OTS in 2021 and today Peter is responsible for business development worldwide across all categories and sales channels. Peter has over 20 years experience in the global scuba industry. Previously to joining OTS, Peter held senior management positions with Apeks and Aqua Lung America, having re-located with his wife to the US from England. John Hopkins

Head of West Coast Regional Sales

John is widely respected in the industry and is an accomplished military and commercial diving professional. He recently retired from an impressive 33 year career in the United States Navy retiring as US Navy Master Chief, Master Diver, where he honed advanced diving skills and comprehensive understanding of underwater technologies and applications. During his time as Command Master Diver at Mobile Diving & Salvage Unit ONE Hopkins had direct oversight of all diving operations, training programs and diver’s life support systems.

John is a faculty member of Professional Institute of Dive Educators and a Three Star Instructor for CMAS and SEI Instructor trainer. Recently he became VP of Training and Technical Standards for CMAS United States. Additionally, John is a co-owner of Classic Diving LLC where he teaches Historic Diving, Standard Dress Diver and Standard Dress Instructor. Through this he gives people the experience of historical diving equipment such as the U.S. Navy MK5 and antique surface supplied diving equipment.

John Hopkins’ diverse background makes a great addition to the OTS family and we look forward to welcoming him to the team.

Joe Toth

Head of East Coast Regional Sales

Joseph started his career with OTS in 2021 in the Sales Department and is responsible for East Coast Sales including Public Safety, Commercial, Dive Shops, and Military.

Previously to joining OTS Joe served a 30-year career with the US Coast Guard retiring as Chief Warrant Officer Diver Specialty (CWO4) completing his final tour at Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City Florida. Joe completed tours as a diver in Guam, San Diego, and Panama City working with numerous DOD, DHS, and Local Government Agencies. In his last tour Joe conducted annually the only DOD Cold Water Ice Diving Training Course, a 12 Day course designed to teach military divers the basic, advanced knowledge and techniques needed for operating and diving in this austere environment.

When Joe’s away from the office he enjoys time with family, and as much possible enjoying the amazing dive opportunities that Florida has to offer.

Dennis Sakamoto

International Sales Representative

Dennis has been with OTS since 2010 and has served various roles in the business including service supervisor, purchasing/buyer, and presently International Sales. Dennis is responsible for assisting customers in the international market as well as assisting with demos and training in the U.S. Prior to OTS Dennis has experience in Sales and the Construction Industry.

In Dennis’ free time he enjoys spending time with his family which usually includes supporting one of his three children at a sporting event. Dennis also enjoys good food and getting to know and building relationships with others.

Yadira Flores

International Inside Sales | Inside Sales Lead

Yadira is one of our Sales Assistants focusing on dealer support and U.S. Public Safety and Recreational Sales.

Prior to working at OTS Yadira spent 13 years at a non-profit organization serving as an administrative assistant.  When Yadira has free time she enjoys going to the park and attending church every Sunday with her children.

Ariana Macias

Inside U.S. Sales East Coast

Ariana started at OTS in 2022 as a part of our passionate Inside Sales team.

Prior to OTS, Ariana has 9 years of experience in account management and customer service and is now excited to help grow the OTS business. In her spare time she enjoys camping, running, and spending time with her new rescue pup, Kansas.

Andy Nelson

Marketing

Andy Nelson started his career with OTS in 2013 in the Sales Department. Today Andy is responsible for Marketing and assisting with training needs as they come. His role focuses on growing brand awareness, managing social media accounts, making educational and visual resources, and overlooking select Film & T.V. customers. In addition to the role Andy plays in Marketing & Training he also serves on the product development and test diving team at OTS.

Previously to joining OTS Andy served with the 101st Airborne as an Infantryman for 4 years and served in Iraq for 13 months. Andy also served as a Combat Engineer in the Army Reserve for 2 years. Joining the family business, Andy is married to Renee Pelissier Nelson – President and son-in-law to Mike Pelissier – OTS Founder.

In Andy’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family, being a dad, and doing outdoor activities such as bow fishing, competitive shooting, hunting, and working out.

Erica Garcia

Service and Special Design Manager Erica is our Service Supervisor. Erica is responsible for the day-to-day of the department ensuring that customers with service or repair needs are helped. In addition to supervising the Service Department, Erica also oversees the Specials Department. Prior to OTS Erica has 10+ years in customer service. Erica is currently going to school for Political Science and hopes to be a judge some day. Josh Dumke

Product, Military, & Training Specialist – Ocean Technology Systems

Josh Dumke brings more than three decades of elite military diving experience to his role as Product, Military, & Training Specialist at Ocean Technology Systems. As a key member of the Product Development Team, he supports the advancement of OTS technologies, strengthens the company’s Military Business sector, and provides hands‑on training to customers around the world on the effective use of OTS equipment.

Josh joined OTS following a distinguished 32‑year career in the United States Navy, retiring at the rank of Master Chief Master Diver. His service included assignments across South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Hawaii, Italy, Washington, Guam, Singapore, and Washington, D.C., where he worked closely with the Department of Defense, partner agencies, and allied nations.

In his final tour as Fleet Master Diver at NAVSEA 00C3, Josh served as the Fleet Liaison for the Authorized for Navy Use (ANU) program. In this role, he oversaw the evaluation and approval of all equipment used in military diving operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and mission readiness.

Josh’s operational insight, global experience, and deep technical expertise make him a valuable asset to OTS and to the diving community at large.

Miriah Hernandez

Service Coordinator

Miriah serves as our Service Coordinator. She facilitates the processes associated with the repair of equipment sent in for service and ensures all service needs are addressed. With over 7 years of customer service experience, she’s passionate about helping people and building lasting relationships with customers. In her free time, Miriah loves spending time with her family, hiking, visiting amusement parks, and watching UFC with her oldest son.
